The Service

DailyAnchor is a habit tracking application. We provide tools to help you build and track habits. The Service includes the web application, mobile applications, and this website.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

Your Data

You own your data. We don't claim any rights to the habits, notes, or other content you create in DailyAnchor. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service

Free & Premium Tiers

DailyAnchor offers a free tier with core features. Premium features may be offered as a paid subscription. Pricing and features will be clearly communicated before any purchase.

Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The offline-first design means your data is always accessible on your device, even if our servers are temporarily unavailable.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. Your locally stored data remains yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

DailyAnchor is provided "as is". We do our best to build a reliable, useful product, but we can't guarantee it will meet every expectation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via our blog or email.
